By accessing or using the ranz4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. To register an Account and use the ranz4d Platform, You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in Your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We conduct age verification during the KYC process and reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify Your age at any time. Accounts created by individuals under the legal gambling age will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and physically located within Indonesia when accessing the Platform. We use IP geolocation technology to verify Your location. Access from outside Indonesia may result in restricted functionality or account suspension.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under any legal disability or incapacity that would prevent You from entering into this agreement.
You may register only one (1) Account with ranz4d per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.
Your Account is for Your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use Your Account credentials or access the Platform using Your Account. Accounts registered on behalf of other individuals, businesses, or organizations are prohibited.
To register an Account, You must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to Your full legal name (as shown on Your Indonesian identity card or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
Within 72 hours of registration or before Your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), You must complete our KYC verification process by submitting clear, legible copies of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe will result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify Your identity, age, or source of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your Account username and password. You must not share Your credentials with any other person. You agree to notify us immediately if You suspect any unauthorized access to Your Account. ranz4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of Your Account unless such unauthorized use resulted from Our negligence or willful misconduct.
You must promptly update Your Account information if any details change, including Your email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in You not receiving important communications regarding Your Account.
You may deposit Real Money into Your Account using any of the payment methods available on the Platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are typically processed within 1-5 minutes. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in Your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
You may request withdrawal of Your Real Money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
ranz4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. We reserve the right to request documentation regarding the source of Your deposited funds. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to comply with AML regulations. Accounts used solely to transfer funds without legitimate gameplay will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.
ranz4d does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, Your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are Your responsibility.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated in the promotional offer. By claiming a bonus, You agree to the applicable bonus terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called "turnover" or "rollover") before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus") or the bonus plus deposit amount (e.g., "30x bonus + deposit"). The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the offer terms. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion between players to clear wagering requirements, strategic betting patterns designed to guarantee profit while clearing wagering (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette), or any other form of advantage play not in the spirit of the promotion. Accounts suspected of bonus abuse will be investigated, and we reserve the right to void bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts.
If You request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds, the remaining bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited. You will retain only Your original deposited Real Money and any winnings generated from Real Money wagers.

For sports betting products, odds are provided in real-time and are subject to change until the moment Your bet is confirmed. We reserve the right to reject bets or limit stake amounts in Our sole discretion, particularly for bets placed on events where the outcome may already be known or for abnormally large stakes. In the event of a disputed sports betting outcome, the result determined by the official governing body of the sport will be final.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, glitch, or software error, all affected bets and payouts are void. If a malfunction causes a game to incorrectly credit Your account, we reserve the right to deduct the incorrectly credited amount. You must report any suspected game malfunctions immediately to customer support.
Maximum and minimum bet limits are displayed within each game. We reserve the right to impose or adjust bet limits on individual Accounts without prior notice, particularly for players who consistently win large amounts or demonstrate professional gambling patterns.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.
While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, ranz4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses You may incur due to service interruptions beyond Our reasonable control.
The Platform may include games, odds, or content provided by third-party providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content, nor are we liable for any losses arising from third-party content or services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ranz4d's total aggregate liability to You for any claims arising from Your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount You deposited into Your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account immediately, without prior notice, if:
In the event of account termination for cause (breach of terms), we reserve the right to forfeit all funds in Your Account. If termination is not due to Your breach, Your Real Money balance (excluding any bonus funds) will be returned to You after deduction of any applicable fees.
You may request voluntary closure of Your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to You. Any active Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. You may request self-exclusion for responsible gaming purposes as described in our Responsible Gaming policy.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operations serving Indonesian players. Where local Indonesian laws impose stricter requirements, those requirements shall prevail.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or Your use of the Platform, You agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt good-faith resolution. You agree to resolve disputes with ranz4d on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring claims as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
